He has over 15 years experience sales and marketing leadership roles driving growth and accelerating talent development. He was also an award winning sales leader known for his ability to inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
Prior to his corporate career, he was a Naval Officer, where his leadership across a variety of shipboard departments and watch teams earned him the Navy Achievement Medal and multiple Letters of Commendation.
In addition to his executive coaching and leadership development work, Liam also works with companies to develop and implement marketing and pricing strategies as well as fully integrated incentive compensation and recognition programs.
