Dawn D. Curlee

Dawn Curlee specializes in helping teams and organizations to achieve high performance by creating environments where executives feel safe being vulnerable. Teams experience higher levels of candor, trust and mutual accountability as a result of her unique approach.

Over the past eight years, she has worked with over 500 executives in eight countries to achieve this end, including CEOs, Executive Teams and HR Professionals. Her work has ranged from Personal Effectiveness Coaching (individuals) to High Performance Workshops (organizations) to Culture Transformation Initiatives (corporations).

Dawn brings 20 years of information technology and executive leadership to 3 Peaks. After graduating from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Science, Dawn began her career with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in Kansas City.

For the following ten years, Dawn specialized in the strategy and development of software applications for the telecommunications industry. She left Andersen Consulting as an Associate Partner who was recognized for her telecommunications industry expertise and for her strong leadership skills.

As the Senior Vice President of Global Technology Solutions for Level 3 Communications in Broomfield, CO, Dawn was responsible for building the Information Technology group into an organization of 500 employees and consultants on three continents.

Dawn’s prior experience as an Information Technology executive gives her a unique and real world perspective on leadership and high performance.
