Peter Neary, Ph.D.

Dr. Neary serves in a variety of leadership capacities for 3 PEAKS and focuses on senior executive coaching, senior team development and assessment. Over the years, Dr. Neary has consulted in the areas of business ethics, leadership, senior executive team-building, the development and articulation of vision, core values, strategy, business competencies and organizational culture with senior leaders.

He has worked with such organizations as the U.S. Department of Defense (leadership coach to the Commanding Generals of the U.S. Army Europe/7th Army and the U.S. Army Training & Doctrine Command), the Central Intelligence Agency, Delphi, General Motors, General Electric, SGL Carbon Group, IBM, Atlantic Richfield, BP, AT&T, BellSouth, SBC Corp., Coors, the Denver Post Company, MTV Networks, Burberry USA, Chase Manhattan, Bain Capital, LLC., SunTrust Bank, First Republic Bank, and Prudential Financial. He has also successfully spearheaded a series of custom leadership programs for law firms and corporate legal departments.

Prior to joining 3 PEAKS, he directed the Center for Creative Leadership's "Leadership at the Peak" program and directed the Aspen Institute's Executive Seminar Program.

Dr. Neary holds a Ph.D. in Social Ethics and Social Psychology. He holds Masters Degrees in American History, Philosophy and Theology. He has studied in leading universities in Europe and the U.S., including Princeton, Stanford, Duke, UC Berkeley, Georgetown and the Universities of Mainz, Heidelberg and Geneva.
